As part of our Mission Department we invite a seasoned professional to become part of our team.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and supervising the program according to ACPE Standards, keeping ACPE accreditation process updated and recruiting and reviewing CPE applications.  Work collaboratively with Professional Advisory Board and maintain collegial relationships and engage in spiritual care of patients/residents, families and staff with the characteristic responsibilities of a chaplain as deemed necessary.  Will maintain professional competence and participate in continuing education.

A Master's degree in theology/divinity/pastoral studies/or related field required.  Certification as a Full Supervisor by the ACPE required.  Must be in good standing with faith community and endorsed by an appropriate denominational authority to function in health care ministry.  Must possess strong supervisory CPE experience at accredited CPE center.  Excellent interpersonal, organizational/management and communication skills are essential.  Must be able to cope with stress and crisis situation.  Ordained or non-ordained welcome.
