The next opportunities to meet with the NCR Certification Committee:

March 8 - 9, 2012

Deadline to declare your intention to meet is January 9, 2012
Materials postmarked to the committee members by February 8, 2012

Those seeking review for CPE Supervisor at any meeting:  the deadline to declare is 30 days prior to the posted date in order to allow time to recruit someone from national certification for the committee.
(There is now a $150.00 regional fee in addition to the national fee.

Intent is declared by letter/e-mail contact with the Regional Chairperson of Certification,
with a copy to the Regional Director.  Please click on the links below for a template:

A reminder: All persons in the certification process are responsible to monitor the dates of their certification. Credentials expire at the end of the certification period unless declaration of intent has been submitted to meet the commission with documentation provided the Regional Chair.  Extension committees need to be met prior to expiration, unless directly negotiated with the chair.  Documentation of any variance negotiated with the chair needs to be provided any committee the person subsequently meets.
